Do I need to make a reservation?
Walk-ins are always welcome! If you are coming with a large group we recommend booking ahead, but we have plenty of gaming stations to make sure we have space even during peak hours.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Can I bring my own peripherals?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own keyboard, mouse, or headset. We have high-quality peripherals available, but we understand personal preferences.
Is there an age limit?
We welcome gamers of all ages! Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I eat and drink while gaming?
Yes! We have a huge selection of different snacks and beverages available for purchase, in addition to fresh-made lattes/espressos.
Is vaping allowed?
No — vaping inside is not permitted. Not only is it a store rule, it is also a City of Edmonton bylaw: vaping/smoking must be done outside.
